Whole Body Cold Application
ANTI-AGING WITH WHOLE-BODY CRYOTHERAPY
Good for skin and spirit
In the icelab, the walk-in cold chamber from Zimmer MedizinSysteme, the entire body is exposed to temperatures of -85°C to -110°C for up to 3 minutes. The pain-relieving and circulation-promoting effect of whole-body cryotherapy provides a variety of positive effects for the skin, hair and general well-being. Whole-body cryotherapy is therefore also being increasingly used in aesthetic and dermatological practice.
Skin rejuvenation and regeneration
As a result of the stimulation from the extreme cold, the pores constrict, skin blemishes decrease and the skin becomes smoother. The vessels initially contract and then expand again after the cold application. This promotes circulation and metabolism. And it stimulates collagen production and thus the natural regeneration of the skin. Skin and connective tissue is tightened, cellulite is reduced. And the increased circulation of the scalp strengthens the roots of the hair and reduces hair loss.

A TREATMENT WITH THE CHARACTER OF AN EXPERIENCE
Therapeutic and pleasant
As a result of the circulation-promoting whole-body cryotherapy, the cells are increasingly enriched with oxygen and enzymes. Endorphins are secreted and generate a feeling of euphoria. Pain in muscles and joints is no longer noticeable for many hours, and stress symptoms, such as migraine and sleep disorders, also disappear. After the application, many people feel like a new person.
Optimally protected
Prior to the therapy, blood pressure and pulse are briefly checked. A headband, gloves, shoes and underwear protect sensitive areas of the body. Then the person receiving therapy enters the walk-in chamber for a maximum of three minutes at a temperature between -85°C (single-chamber system) and -110°C (2- or 3-chamber system). Always in visual and voice contact with a medically trained caregiver.
